Spinach Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 spreadable garlic cheese
Directions:
Thaw pastry on counter for 30 min. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix cheese and spinach completely into a paste.

Roll pastry into 12x12 square. Cut into 16 pieces.

For each piece roll slightly. Spoon small amount of filling in center. Wet edges of pastry with water. Bring ends together and twist. Then spread corners. Repeat for all 16.

Place on greased cookie sheet and cook for 10-15 min or until golden brown.
